Wow... so disappointed. I've been to the shop in Victoria and it was great! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped my mom and I find what we were looking for.
I was thrilled to learn they had an online store as I live overseas.
Fail! I placed my order over a week ago, they took my money straight away and I'm still waiting for any sort of communication from them. I cancelled my order and no one has (a) refunded my money or (b) reached out to find out what the problem is.
