Made a order and PAYED IN FULL as requested by this company on 4-22-17 I was told via an email and the direction when u place an order that within 48 hrs u have several designers sending at least 3-4 logos for my new company. After 5 days I tried calling several times and their auto system put me on hold each time that day. The first call I hung up after being on hold 36 mins later in the day I tried and waited 22 mins. So I emailed them. 3 more days went by and I repeated the cycle and even tried their instant person live chat feature with no luck. Their website claims 24/7 LIVE support which I promise you is not correct. Finally today 13 days later a guy picked up thinking he was obviously calling out and we spoke. His"name" was Brian and he is head of production. I told him how long I have been trying to get in touch with their company and that I already paid in full and they are not holding their end of the bargain. He stated that he would look into it and email me "soon" well I'm not holding my breath. This company is not located in the us and I can tell u that. They market them selfs great to the average joe so please don't fall for their scam as I did.
