So I've order from dsw.com several times, very happy with the products and service except for the fact that last time I ordered from them my order was shipped to the wrong address (previous address) even when I changed it so many times, when I called customer service (they mention this is something the app does automatically because it was set as my primary address) they helped me updating my address even tho I could not get my shoes and a free promo, they reimbursed the money. Love their customer service but hate the app!
