I ordered around £75 worth of groceries from their website. After waiting nine hours for the delivery - I phoned to ask what went wrong (no answer). I then sent two emails asking for a redelivery - no response. I've left a message on their website. It has now been four days and I've not received my groceries, my money back or any apology/explanation. This is beyond poor customer service. Given the amount of money, I am considering legal action.

First of all apologies, we hadn't received notice of this complaint last June. We are sorry you have had a dreadful experience: we return ALL calls from Customers and emails sent to info@nifeislife.com. We are a well-established company, I am surprised nobody has gone back to you with a refund suggestion, it's unacceptable. Happy to resolve if you give us an order number, we'll obviously find a way to compensate. It's absurd to us too.
