Company does not make it clear that returns must be sent to China at your cost! They tell you this only after contacting them requesting a return. It is only then that they also add a warning that the returns may delayed in customs for a significant time. Customer service is terrible and slow because of time difference and language barriers. Sizing is inconsistent. It's not worth your time and trouble to deal with this company. They have no reasonable way of managing returns for customers in the US.
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that their return policy is very bad. They want you to pay very costly return postage to China in order to receive a full refund and they warn this could take months. This information is not provided on their web site. It is only available once you contact them to process a return.
