A total sham and ripoff. I ordered an expensive bag and received the wrong colour so I emailed them about it. Got a response weeks later asking me for proof so I sent them pictures of the bag I received vs the bag I ordered and now they've been completely ignoring my emails for weeks. A total waste of money on them.
