First, i wanted to point out that ALL the 5 star reviews for this site has been from chinagoshop themselves! That tells you how much they are trying to fool people into buying from them! Now on to my review. This site was the WORST experience i have had with an overseas company EVER! I do buy from china regularly, so i am in no way saying not to buy overseas, but you should AVOID THIS COMPANY! I bought two (ONLY TWO!) iphone cases from them. The total was less than $10. I thought it was a great deal for a playboy and (knock-off) chanel case! They sent me an email saying i didn't order enough. I replied that it didn't say there was a minimum order limit. The next day, i get an email saying my items were shipped, so i thought they acknowledged that they needed to specify that they had a limit and sent what i ordered. Boy was i wrong! They sent me 2 completely different cases. One was an ugly gray mickey mouse case and the other was an even uglier one that had cherries and he words "mark polo" on it BACKWARDS! I emailed them saying they sent the wrong cases. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. So i opened a dispute with paypal (since i paid from them). They finally replied saying they would send me the right cases if i closed the dispute. I told them i would close it once i received the right ones. Email after email was them trying to tell me to close the dispute and i will get the replacements. They ADMITTED in the emails they replaced my order with substitute items because i didn't reply to their email about not ordering enough. WTF? Who, in their right mind would even THINK i would want mickey mouse instead of playboy? Anyways, after much arguing back and forth and them stating it was a loss (apparently it was a loss on MY part) and "only $9", they wouldn't send me anything. The whole thing was RIDICULOUS! They said that i would pay $15 for the mickey mouse case. Ummm. No! I would NOT pay $15 for that case, nor any other case i did not order! So once i was really annoyed with their lack of comprehension that what they did was totally a waste of my money, and theirs, i escalated the claim on paypal. Unfortunately, paypal automatically denied my claim for a refund because they say they cover the shipment of goods, not the quality! OMG! Yes, the ones they sent me were pure CRAP, but the claim was for the fact they just sent me whatever they wanted! I cannot sell either one for anywhere NEAR the $10 i spent to buy the ones i wanted! So i can't even do that. So i am out my money, have 2 iphone cases that will go unused and ones i cannot sell! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE AND ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS APPARENT THAT THEY DO THIS OFTEN SINCE THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO CLOSE THE DISPUTE BEFORE ANYTHING WAS SETTLED. They also stopped emailing once the dispute was closed, so they know they can get away with what they are doing!
