ILoveKickboxing has changed my life! The staff and members have motivated me so much to start and more importantly continue my fitness journey. I've already lost over 10 pounds and am aiming for more. I love walking through the doors and making the most of my one or even two hours of working out if I'm feeling extra energetic. The instructors hold you accountable and the members are all so welcoming and motivational. I can't recommend this place enough!
