Never have had issues with Amazon! I have had situations where I have had to return items because they were damaged while being delivered and Amazon was super friendly.
I had bad customer service when I called to inquire about the additional fee to have it shipped on a particular date. Then the address was changed automatically, changed a suite number was added.
I get an email that the package was delivered, but when I google what the suite address is that is another office which has a different name than the one I mailed it to.
I should have gone with Edible Arrangements after having paid a total of $45 for 6 strawberries.
I definitely do not recommend Sharie's Berries!
