I visited Applebees in Niagara Falls, Canada. The waiting staff and food were worth the visit. Prices were reasonable... a good place for family style eating at the Falls. I especially enjoyed the great hospitability I received when dining there on July 11,2015. In fact, I had four guests with me and we all had delicious meals that were under $15. The waitress was very accommodating. Our drinks were immediately replenished when they were near empty. Food was served hot. Manager stopped by our table and inquired about the quality of service and food. What more could we ask?

With some attention to quality of appearance and service, this hotel could be GRAND!
As it is... rooms are smelly... linen is NOT fresh and crisp... bathroom fixtures are old and worn... wi fi service is minimal... limited housekeeping services... tattered furniture... dirty
