Purchased a high-end washer and dryer. A week later it was delivered. Delivery people didn't have necessary parts to install (blamed it on using a rental truck). So washer was installed in wrong fashion. We knew dryer as a few weeks out and was told the dryer installer would bring needed parts for correct washer install.
Spoke with salesman, told him not happy with delivery issue. Said he would check on it and call me back. Didn't call back. Three days later I called the customer relations department and was told they can't do anything but tell the salesman to call me. He didn't. I called the store manager got voice mail, left message. No call back. This went on over a period of weeks and never a call back. Finally got a hold of store manager and explained the problem. At no time did he apologize for the issues and even worse when I said I felt he had my money and no longer cared about me as a customer he didn't deny it or assure me that wasn't the case.
Soooo, in the mean time we do some wash. Second load and the washer is leaking. Call service and takes a week to get repairman. He takes it apart and says drum needs new seal, should have it in two days. No call in a week, I call customer relations they tell me to call service. I call service they tell me to call parts. I call parts and they say estimated arrival time is two weeks! Called store manager, left message. No call back.
Went to the store, stood around and waited for the manager. Told him I wanted the washer picked up and the entire order (washer and dryer) canceled. Took almost two weeks to pickup washer.

Just to top it all off, about two weeks after they picked up the washer I got a call telling me my part was in. ARGHHHH

Hired this company to clean our roof of moss and assorted other hanger-ons. Ian Tobias (owner/operator) arrived on time. Very personable and professional. He used low pressure pressure washer, will get off the moss but not disturb the gravel on the shingles, and a softer bristled brush. Answered all our questions and got right to work. He covered plants and ornaments that might get dirty as he washed off the roof and treated for moss control. Went around the entire house when done and cleaned everything up. Will be using him on our rental house in the near future.

First I would advise folks to review the BBB rating. They have settled a 1,000 claims this past year in the NW.
I went to their web site after seeing numerous TV ads. Barely finished filling out the info (to get quote supposedly) when I got a call. First guy asked how many miles on car and was everything okay. He then immediately transferred me to Vince (salesman). Vince asked how many miles on the car and was everything okay.
He then went into a sales pitch about the low miles on my car and I qualified for the Diamond level. Hard to get a word in during the sales pitch. He went on to describe the benefits for only $129.99 a month. I asked about other levels of coverage, Vince stated that my low miles made the Diamond coverage the same price as the Platinum and as I was a first time called I could get the Diamond coverage for $109.99 a month. I asked for a copy of the contract.
Vince did not want to send me a copy but said I would get one as soon as I paid the $109.99 and had 30 days to cancel. He stated the contract was exclusionary and if it wasn't listed in the contract it was covered. After going back and forth he finally e-mailed me a sample contract, all 24 pages. I asked him who I should call after I looked this over and made my decision. He wanted to wait while I read it. Told him that 214 pages was a lot of pages to list the things that weren't covered and I didn't think he wanted to wait while I read it. I said that I didn't think he wanted to wait while I read the whole thing. He said take my time and immediately put me hold with music playing.
I hung up.

Other reviews have stated how hard it is to cancel the contract. How they have an excuse for not covering a claim. The BBB has an very derogatory statement regarding reviews and complaints.

Did some research and car cover factory had large number of good reviews. I did notice that a very (!) large number of the reviews had to do with the great website and easy to order but they hadn't received the cover yet (5 stars?)

The web site said same day shipping with 3 day delivery on all orders. Also promised additional free items to include storage bag, security cable and lock, and antenna patch. Cover was delivered on Aug 7 (long 3 days, order was paced July 30th). Upon opening package there was the cover and storage bag but no security cable and lock or antenna patch.

Emailed them Aug 8 about missing items. Got return email (in about 30 min, good response)… "Sorry for inconvenience, here's 20% off next order."
I emailed back that I didn't have another order and really wanted what was promised with my original order. They replied that their supplier sends those and they don't have any. I asked them to call supplier and have them send items. They replied that would check the warehouse and see if they had the cable and lock.

At this point I have to assume that the supplier is out of China as the cover came tied with a ribbon. China is the only place I have ever gotten anything tied with a ribbon. I don't care that it came from China (web site doesn't say where it is made) but I do care that I didn't get what was promised.

Didn't hear anything about what was in the warehouse so called customer service Aug 12th. They said the cable, lock, and antenna patch was mailed USPS on the 10th. Shortly after the phone call I got an email with a tracking number.

Looked up the tracking number and USPS web site said a shipping label had been created on Aug 9th but USPS had not received the item yet. I checked the tracking number again on the 14th and 15th and got the same message.
Aug 17th, got my cable and lock from an Ebay site out of Calif (Car Cover is in Texas). Guess I'm not getting the antenna patch after all.

Did the Car Cover appear well made and fit well? YES
Did I get it when I was supposed to? NO
Did I get everything promised? NO
Was customer service helpful and appear concerned? NO
Was I told things that weren't exactly accurate (true)? YES

I gave them 2 stars as it really is a nice cover. All the other issues were unnecessary and aggravating.
