I think what I find the most frustrating when reading less than 4-star reviews is that most customers don't reach out to customer service before writing a review, and in the case of Zazzle's customer support they do a phenomenal job helping the customer to the best of their abilities. Truly incredible!
The staff, especially Kathy, are incredibly amazing! Always polite and always going beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping with design suggestions to promotions!
They are the best of the best when it comes to customer service, and anyone who says differently is just having a bad day and needs to take a nap - just sayin'. Mic drop.
