I wonder how many Lawsuits are pending with this company?!?
I took their sizing test, then bought one. Perfect. Bought #2. All good. Then I lost 10# in July, and needed a smaller ribcage size. What arrived was too small(different size cups(same letters!). One tag, (of the 2 bras delivered) had been removed to wear it, so it was re-attached when found to be too small, and carefully boxed. There is no phone # to call and discuss. This bothered me, because I have severe arthritis, and can't text well or quickly(their only method by phone). But I did. After an hour, I found that they clearly assume their products have been worn for more than trying on. They show no trust or respect for their clients. I will refer to the one bra that was finally exchanged as the $110.00 bra!
Anyone have a technique to get money back?

Beware-
Very one-sided customer service....leaning always in their own favor. They seem to assume everyone is trying to rip them off; in reality, the reverse is true!
Inaccurate and not universal sizing.
