I ordered a Garmin inReach device from Biplanne on March 15,2020. Now, that was when COVID closures were hitting many states including mine, so some delay in receiving products was not unexpected. The difference, other sellers were up front or when delays occurred they let me know. At the end of May, I sent emails to Biplanne. At first they did not respond. So I sent a message to PayPal who brokered the transaction. Biplanne responded to my emails telling me that the product had shipped and gave me a tracking number. I used the tracking number. Most fo the information was in Chinese (... a language I don't speak...) but the dates were in common format. The last date given was April 28,2020. The date the tracking number was sent to me was May 28,2020. When I emailed back to ask what had happened since April 28, I received no response. PayPal sent me notice that Biplanne says the product was delivered on July 3rd. I did receive a package from China Post. It contained a pair of counterfeit Ray Ban sunglasses. Certainly I did not receive a Garmin inReach GPS. We are now approaching 4 months. The purpose I tried to buy the GPS is past. I just want the refund and to get clear of Biplanne. I will look on other Chinese merchants with a large amount of skepticism.
