I ordered over $110 worth of "final sale" merchandise from this disreputable company, knowing I would not be able to return the items. That said, one item in particular was visibly damaged - an approximate 1 inch hole right in the front. I called the company and arranged to send the item back for a full refund, plus a refund for the postage expense I laid out. After waiting a week, I called for a status and was told that their "inspection department" examined the item and determined/insisted that the item was worn and damaged as a result. Well, if it was previously worn it was not worn by the person I intended to present it to. This is their way of skating around being responsible toward the customer and doing the right thing. I am very upset that they refuse to refund my $21, even though I insisted that the item was never worn, specifically because of the damage. They are crooks and they need to be put out of business.
