I give them a "minus 3 stars." Awful, awful, awful experience! Terrible customer service. Issue never resolved. No understandable explanation given... just run-around after run-around. It's not the $10 of mine that they kept but the principle of the thing and the fact that there is absolutely no customer service. Very frustrating experience. "We can't help you at this phone number. You have to call our other department. No, I can't give you that number; try Goggling it." I did try. There is no other number available. Finally did get somebody from "the other department" to call me but it was the same old run-around I gotten from them during the previous months of trying to resolve my issue.
