Your app is terrible. If you click seat select, it does one thing for one flight and then doesn't do it for another flight. There's obviously a bug and it's very frustrating that I then want to cancel all my flights and go directly with the airline. Ugggggghhhhh.

Authenticity is the key with this company! Everything is authentic! Where can you find a reseller who will actually give you a copy of the receipt? (of course the price is crossed out, unless its a gift receipt) Great customer service! They looked for a product for me without hesitation! No wonder they have so many loyal customers! Can't wait to purchase another bag :)
