It is amazing that Amazon acts like they are the middleman to all problems and when you try to address it you go through a squirrel cage. Late shipments, wrong shipments, returns that came from their warehouse even get put straight to the seller like the seller had anything to do with the broken item that was sent out.

Even when the item you are buying says that it can be returned and then you try to return it and they won't take it, trying to get a hold of Amazon themselves is a joke. What you have to go through to their website is ridiculous.

The Last Straw was when I just ordered about six items and four of them were to be delivered next day. It wanted me to okay that it came the second day, but I needed the stuff for a birthday so I put that I needed it the next day. These items are coming directly from Amazon and they stated clearly that I could get them the next day and what do you know I didn't. This is happening over and over and over. I think Amazon needs to start being truthful on when the delivery is going to get to you and if it's not going to get to you the next day then don't put it that it's available for next day shipping. The only way it'll get you next day is if they can fit it in.

Now I hear that Amazon is going to take UPS away and you have to make returns through Kohl's? Not happy about this at all how about being a little more hard-nosed and negotiate with UPS instead of accepting their increases and you bowing down and just getting rid of them. I'm disabled and can easily make a UPS return but cannot walk to the back of a Kohl's store to make it. You need to think of the people that do the UPS out of need. Just not happy with you lately it would have been one star if I didn't depend on you so much.

So I ordered food and didn't get it all delivered. I called the restaurant that I ordered from and they said that they gave the driver two bags when we were only delivered one bag. Immediately contacted driver who acted like he couldn't understand English when he spoke perfect English at my front door. It wasn't until my husband got on the phone with him that he said to text him our problem because he was driving to make another delivery when he should have turned around and delivered the other bag to us. Customer support was terrible all they did was give us a credit for the food we didn't receive when I wanted to take the guys tip of way. I gave the guy $10 and he didn't perform the job he was supposed to but customer support wouldn't let me. I feel you Ubereats should have eaten the $10 then. Went back and forth with customer support which was a waste of time. I wouldn't use ubereats again if you paid me. They back their drivers bad service when they should be backing the customers.

Placed an order for more than $200 for Christmas gifts for my two daughters. All I wanted to do was look at the order after I placed it. Doesn't matter why I wanted to see it. It didn't show up under my account, it wouldn't come up when I put the order number, and all the idiots from customer service would tell me is that the order was there. I told them I know it was there because I received the confirmation but I wanted to see the order. Then they told me it would ship out soon. I told them I didn't care I just wanted to see the order. The next day I tried again and all they would tell me the second day is that I would be happy because the order shipped. Again I told them I just wanted to see the order and they ignored me the half a dozen times I asked them. I asked them why I couldn't see it, I asked them if this was a problem with the website, I asked them if this is the way it is with every order, I asked them why I couldn't see the order, and they ignored me every time I asked a question. The second girl then made me confirm my email address made me feel like I was someone else. Yeah I was another person who just wanted to look at someone else's order. Really? They wasted my time and then they just disconnected. I usually Place orders with them every year and I can guarantee you I will not next year. I haven't gone back to Walmart and 9 months because of an incident and I will not be back at Victoria's Secret. Ignorant and rude just plain ignorant and rude. I have a good mind to return my entire order which I will be able to do because of that. Wasted over three hours of my time.
Victoria's Secret does this so that the order can't be cancelled or changed. Plain and simple.
