Placed an order for more than $200 for Christmas gifts for my two daughters. All I wanted to do was look at the order after I placed it. Doesn't matter why I wanted to see it. It didn't show up under my account, it wouldn't come up when I put the order number, and all the idiots from customer service would tell me is that the order was there. I told them I know it was there because I received the confirmation but I wanted to see the order. Then they told me it would ship out soon. I told them I didn't care I just wanted to see the order. The next day I tried again and all they would tell me the second day is that I would be happy because the order shipped. Again I told them I just wanted to see the order and they ignored me the half a dozen times I asked them. I asked them why I couldn't see it, I asked them if this was a problem with the website, I asked them if this is the way it is with every order, I asked them why I couldn't see the order, and they ignored me every time I asked a question. The second girl then made me confirm my email address made me feel like I was someone else. Yeah I was another person who just wanted to look at someone else's order. Really? They wasted my time and then they just disconnected. I usually Place orders with them every year and I can guarantee you I will not next year. I haven't gone back to Walmart and 9 months because of an incident and I will not be back at Victoria's Secret. Ignorant and rude just plain ignorant and rude. I have a good mind to return my entire order which I will be able to do because of that. Wasted over three hours of my time.
Victoria's Secret does this so that the order can't be cancelled or changed. Plain and simple.
