About Me

Love kids, art, beautiful stuff and animals. I have a second bedroom called "The Princess Room". It's OK, you are not the only one who didn't know I am a princess.

Good price and free shipping on product. Simple to order.

Reason I chose this business:

Fair prices and unusual finds.

Horrible Company! I went through the whole rigmarole, being led like a donkey with the carrot of promises of seeing my report NEXT, balked at paying almost thirty dollars for a report they kept telling me was the next thing I would see, and was offered a five day membership for $!. Since I still believed there must be SOME boundaries to their lies I paid the dollar, and was immediately told I must now pay the original, almost $30 fee.
These positive reviews must contain a good number of fake ones. Anyway, I will fight for the return of that dollar!

It's a winner for those great $1 bags if nothing else. But they always have something pretty, something cheap, something I want, and something I need. So I shop there!

  • Target

4/8/16

If you are searching for a pink and yellow toaster online, Target will put themselves right at the front of the pink and yellow toaster line. And, although they MIGHT have one, usually they don't and it's, like, "What were you thinking? A pink and yellow toaster?"
Otherwise, shipping is frequently free, and you can find better prices than in the store.

  • Overstock.com

4/8/16

The prices can be high, although I used to trust them to be the lowest. I would rather the percent off than the Overstock money to spend.

  • Dollar Tree

Amazing what you can buy there for a buck, although you may have to order 24 of them, but it's free shipping to a store. Got glasses and silverware for my daughter's wedding.

  • Costco

4/8/16

I'm new with Costco, and it's fun and they have really cool things (like collapsible storage), and prime meat (?). Nobody but butchers sell prime meat, and enoooooormous chicken pot pies. But I live alone. Haven't figured out yet if its financially wise for me.

  • Marshalls

But prefer TJMaxx, and Home Goods.

  • Amazon

4/8/16

I buy way too much there. Enough said.

  • Home Depot

Excellent prices, liberal return policy, friendly and helpful staff. And they are known for treating their employees well.
One note of caution: Unless their delivery service has changed, you may wait a week or more for your order which is literally sitting fifteen miles from you.

  • Sears

You should always check prices on large items, because they are often high.

  • Joss & Main

I spent a good amount on a love seat, then close to another $100 on tax and shipping. And I waited a month or so for it to arrive. It looks nice but is utterly uncomfortable, partly because the seat isn't quite deep enough, and also because it feels like it is stuffed with something stiff, unmoving and hard. After a few months something has loosened up and it's not the loveseat cushion itself, but is rather the bit where I usually sit. That has become kind of a valley while the rest remains hard and stiff. It is obvious that they are making money hand over fist with these pieces of furniture. In all I spent about $900 for a piece of junk wrapped in pretty pink linen. I should have realized when I found it weighed very, very little that it was full of nothing.

Tip for consumers:
The products are enticing and are shown to best advantage. The name is great and suggests both elegance and whimsey. But the prices are outrageous for the quality they are turning out. I get the feeling that they are a company that fools some of the people a few times and the others only once. If you look, the reviews kind of range between "love it" and "awful". I think that speaks to the quality of their products and to their eye-catching appearance. I imagine people are pleased with the
