Ordered a few items, one particularly important for a formal work party. Website says 10 business days for shipping. Made the order on November 21 2019. Needed the one item by 12/14/19. Got the order 01/15/20. Throughout this time the company only worked by email or Facebook messenger. I spent $181 on items from them and they would not refund me anything more than 35%. At one point in mid December they're email was shut down, I got multiple undeliverable emails. Thank god I filled a dispute with my bank 12/5/19 or I would be out that money. When I finally got them to agree to take the items back they would not provide me a shipping label back to China. It would have cost me $223 to send it back. My bank awarded me the refund and I no longer needed to work with the company. I know this all happened previously but I've not found away to warn other people till coming across this site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
