I purchased two vouchers for rainbow looms via DealChicken from this website. The company sent one, but never sent the other. They did not respond to emails or phone calls. DealChicken said they had problems from other customers regarding this website. Upon receiving the first one it was supposed to be an official Rainbow Loom. It was a cheap knock off. Everything including the packaging was made to look like the real thing, but it was much cheaper looking. I compared my "Rainbow Loom" to a neighbors real one and you could really tell the difference. Horrible experience.
