Ordered several items in early October 2018 but pushed the button to place my order BEFORE I realized that they charge almost $13 for shipping of about 2oz. Of stuff. Called customer service within 3 minutes and there was no one there. It was in the early afternoon. I emailed numerous times trying to cancel my order and got a response two days later stating that "due to their warehouse functions" orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed, which of course, means no one there reads emails! My items arrived and they are straight out of the Dollar Store. Called three days ago for return information and was told only ONE of my items was eligible for the return! Scam job, they sell crap and won't issue a refund. Buyer beware!
