I received one as a gift and after one stick of butter, it stopped spraying. I followed ALL trouble shooting guidelines. Company asked if I wanted a replacement or did I prefer to wait for the new and improved version. I decided to wait. After month, I gave up and told them to just send me another sprayer even if it was the old model. After 1 stick of butter it started again to squeak and then stopped working. Now they won't return my emails.

I needed to return a wig that was not the right color and they charged me a $100 "labor" fee and shipping. The wig cost me $280. Don't do business with this company

Haven't used them yet, so I don't know what to report. I was happy to receive them in such a timely manner
