I tried to order an RX from Allivet. My first order. Their site claims free shipping on RX over $30 with autoship. My order was over $30 and I signed up for autoship but I still didn't get free shipping. I sent them an email and a few days later I got a terse response that I needed to sign up for autoship. I had neglected in my original email to state I'd signed up for autoship. I tried twice to respond to their email and got a message that my email was now regarded as spam. But my first message had gone through. I'd heard good things about them but I won't be dealing with them again.

I have always liked the products and service I've gotten at Ross-Simons. Quality products at good prices.

I bought a pretty pair of what was advertised as 18K white gold citrine earrings. I knew from the low price that they wouldn't be gold. They're sterling silver. Also, the critine stone looks like glass. I have citrine and the color is much deeper than these. I like them but they should have been honest as to what the earrings actually are.

I took a ScoreIt class from Inkubate through Barnes & Noble. I paid to compare three of my books to other writers. I did everything Inkubate recommended and saw no uptick in sales. They offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to anyone who takes the class. I emailed them 3 times for my free consultation. I heard nothing from them. These guys talk a good talk but that's all it is. Save your money!
