FOR SOME STRANGE OFF REASON...THE SAME UNHAPPY UNPROFESSIONAL TROUBLE MAKERS MNGR/ SUPERVISOR DECIDED TO SHOW ME AGAIN EXACTLY WHO THEY TRULY ARE TODAY. STRANGELY TELLING THE TELLER TO CLOSE HER WINDOW AFTER MY TRANSACTION WITH HER. I WAS LIED INTENTIONALLY TO BY THE MNGR. THERE REGARDING A CHECK I DEPOSITED...STATING IT WOULDN'T CLEAR UNTIL 5 TO 7 DAYS LATER. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO CLEAR A CHECK. I DIDN'T SAY A WORD MORE TO HER AFTER THAT INTENTIONAL LIE. I WENT ON TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE CORPORATE AND THEY SAID...THAT NOR TRUE. THEY ALREADY SEE THE CHECK POSTED IN THERE SYSTEM AND THE FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOMORROW MORNING AS USUAL. I WISH THE WONDERFUL

BOTH PROFESSIONAL RESPECTFUL GENTLEMEN ARE VERY KIND TO EVERYONE...NOT JUST CERTAIN CUSTOMERS AND THEY ALWAYS SPEAK OR WAIVE HI WHEN THE SEE YOU. I ALWAYS HAVE TO THE WOMEN THERE FIRST...EXCEPT FOR WONDERFUL PLEASANT JACKIE WHO IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL, SWEET AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME AND OTHERS AS SHE DOESN'T BUY IN TO BEING SELECTIVE LIKE THE OTHER TELLERS THERE. Again NETSPEND has showed me today on December 4,2022 exactly how SHADY, RUDE, UNETHICAL THEY WILL ALWAYS BE. I REPORTED THESE DISHONEST CREW AND MANAGERS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK IN JULY 2022 FOR DOING EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE ENJOY DOING AGAIN TODAY AGAIN...LYING ABOUT PAYMENTS I CLEARLY PAID TO PUBLIC STORAGE IN NAPERVILLE ILLINOIS ON LASALLE AVE, THEN RECENTLY FOR CHANGING IN THERE SYSTEM AMAZON CHARGE I NEVER AUTHORIZED. TIL THIS DAY NETSPEND HAS NEVER ADMITTED TO THE SHADE THEY DO. EVEN AS I TRIED TODAY TO TRANSFER THE FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 4 RUDE GAME PLAYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS MADE IT DIFFICULT TO DO INTENTIONALLY SO I GIVE UP AND EVEN CONTINUE TO DISCONNECT MY CALLS 2 TIMES. I WILL HAVE TO REPORT THIS TIME...THE SILLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAME ROMELA WHO DEMANDED THAT I GIVE HER THE EXACT FROM 5 MONTHS AGO THE AMOUNT AND DATE OF LAST WITHDRAWAL I MADE FROM THE AN OLD DEBIT CARD WHICH I REQUESTED TO BE CLOSED DUE TO THE STRANGE ILLEGAL GAMES THERE PLAYING WITH MY ACCOUN5. IN FACT, THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I CANCELLED MY DIRECT DEPOSITS GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT WITH NETSPEND EVER. NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THESE UNETHICAL DECEITFUL GAME PLAYING PEOPLE FOR THE REMAINING AMOUNT I HAVE LEFT. THIS IS CONSIDERED CRIMINAL FINANCIAL FRAUD FRAUD NETSPEND IS COMMITTING AND I WON'T ALLOW THEM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AGAIN.
