“Unauthorized money from my bank account”

I called this company for help with a computer problem. I later found out that they had taken $2,611. From my banking account without my authorization claiming they were Apple Store. I called Apple who told me that I had not been dealing with them, but with a company using their name. Each time I called Webtech to get my money back, they hung up on me. Luckily my bank was able to get a refund. My advice: be very careful when dealing with online companies posing to be who they are not.
