Worst customer service ever. Bought a pair of sandals for my daughter and the strap started to give way, one store offered an exchange but they didn't sell kids clothing so took them to another store who said they did not believe it was a manufacturer fault so in other words they were accusing me. Rang customer service helpline who suggested that I send the sandals to them? What for to be told the same over again and end up with a pair of sandals that are no good.
