They are the worst. Go to their site and click on FAQ. Type in shipping and tracking. The complaints will all come up. Also, google complaints for this site and more should come up... including mine. The shortened version is this - ordered something by calling them on Oct. 25,2009 a.m. The item was in stock. It was promised to get to me within 7 days for $7.95. It was intended to be a birthday gift. It took days to ship it and then after three days of receiving a tracking number, I called UPS and they had no record of this. Called the online store back and they said it could take 7 days before UPS even receives my order and then another 7 days before I might receive it. Oh, and UPS ships it to my post office and they bring it to me. All for $7.95. The customer service person was like same story different day. She put in a request to reimburse me half the shipping fee. STAY AWAY.
