Years ago, I purchased something online from Walmart, to be picked up in-store. "Save time!" it says. I waited over an hour for the store to find my purchase. I vowed never again.
Years have passed, and I found something at Walmart.com I hadn't been able to find elsewhere, so I figured it's been years, they've probably go the kinks worked out, and I ordered.
The item was the wrong size so I needed to return it. The Walmart website gave no information or links on how to make the return. I went to the store. They couldn't take it back because it was sold by a partner vendor. And no, they did not know how to contact them.
I finally found a way to go direct to the partner vendor, and was able to make the return.
But you know what I'm saying again? Never again!
