Did not receive responses to my emails prior to my orders to be shipped. Sent emails cancelling my orders according to the site Cancellation Policy. After my request for cancellation and a refund, I received an email stating my order was shipped even though I took a snapshot on site showing my order was still in process and their email stated I will receive a tracking number later when the order is shipped. This company scams and cheats consumers. I filed a Dispute with VISA International and PayPal. Suggest others do the same. If everyone who has been cheated does this, then the credit card companies will prevent them from doing business and PayPal will investigate and hopefully protect customers. I have made copies of emails and site snapshots to prove the deception and illegal business practices.
