Vancaro MONEY BACK Guarantee is a joke my boy-friend purchased this ring for me (I have Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis). I had it for one day in which I stayed in bed due to pain. The next morning I found one of the stones had fallen out. When he finally spoke to someone about this issue they said Imust have hit it which caused the stone to come loose. However I loved it so we took it to a reputable jewlery repair shop. The person who fixes jewlery everyday stated that it was a manufacture defect and that the prongs holding the stones were too small. He built it up and made sure to reinforce all the prongs on my ring. Vancaro refused to fix the problem even though they say that if you are not 100% happy they will make it right or give a full refund. Well in this case they refused. We will not ever purchase from this company again and will also tell everyone we know not to purchase from them.
