Have ordered from this site but has been a bad experience. Some the goods i paid for weren't in stock but wasn't notified until the order had been posted out, so i only got a couple of items which i didn't really want without the other items. I contacted them to cancel but didn't receive a reply until i made a complaint via paypal, then i was told the order was on it's way so it was too late to cancel. I didn't bother picking up the items at the royal mail dlivery office and the parcel was returned to sender. I have emailed numerous times on different addresses and tried ringing (number on site doesn't work) but have had no reply. I am now out of pocket by £25 (i know it's not much but it matters to me) and extremely disappointed at the total lack of customer service. I have no way of getting in touch as the email and phone contact details on the site don't seem to work - or i'm being ignored!
If anyone can tell me how to speak to someone in person from Beautybox i would be very grateful
