ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.
YOU CAN NEVER GET ONTO THEM WHEN YOU CALL THEIR 1300 NUMBER. THE NUMBER IS EITHER CONSTANTLY ENGAGED OR IF YOU'RE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THROUGH THEY HANG UP ON YOU.
WHEN YOU DO GET THROUGH IT'S A 20-30 MINUTE WAIT BEFOR ANYBODY ANSWERS THE CALL, THEN IT'S USUALLY SOMEBODY WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEM SO THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 5-10 MINUTES SO THAT THEY CAN SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEN YOU ASK THEM ANOTHER QUESTIONS AND THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AGAIN, AND SO ON AND SO FORTH.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE REDELIVERY OF MY ORDER WHICH HAD TO ARRIVE BEFORE 11:00AM ON 8 DECEMBER BUT DIDN'T BECAUSE ALTHOUGH THEY COLLECTED FIVE BOXES FROM THE SENDER THEY WERE INCAPABLE OF KEEPING THE BOXES TOGETHER AS ONE ORDER, SO TWO BOXES SCANNED TO THE DEPOT ON 7 DECEMBER AND THE OTHER THREE ON 8 DECEMBER. HOW USELESS ARE THEY BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD TWO BOXES ON THE TRUCK WHEN THEY SAY THEY TRIED TO DELIVER THE ORDER ON 7 DECEMBER (I WAS HERE - NO ONE RANG THE DOORBELL)!
ANOTHER REDELIVERY WAS ORGANISED FOR MON 11 DEC BEFORE 11:00AM SO I CALLED YET AGAIN TO DOUBLE CHECK AND GUESS WHAT... THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE MY BOXES ARE AND I ONLY DISCOVERED THIS WHEN I FINALLY GOT ONTO AN OPERATOR WHO ACTUALLY CARED AND WAS DOING HER JOB PROPERLY. IT WAS SIMPLY TO DIFFICULT FOR THE FIRST OPERATOR I SPOKE TO, BECAUSE WHEN I ASKED TO BE PUT THROUGH TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER, UNBEKNOWNST TO ME, SHE SIMPLY PUT ME BACK INTO THE QUEUE AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!
ITS NOW TUE 12 DEC AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY GOODS.
I KNOW IT'S CHRISTMAS AND THAT IT'S A BUSY TIME OF THE YEAR BUT THIS HAPPENS EVERY YEAR AND ANY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOULD KNOW THIS AND PUT SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES IN PLACE TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION INSTEAD OF USING IT AS AN EXCUSE.
THIS IS THE THIRD DELIVERY I THAT THE SENDER HAS BOOKED THROUGH COURIERS PLEASE AND I'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I HAVE REQUESTED THAT THE SENDER USE ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY FOR ALL MY FUTURE DELIVERIES.
