Would like to see lower prices but the merchandise is high qualitiy and never had any service problems.

Happy with the service - usually pick up at store to save money but now they offer free shipping. Only takes a couple of days to receive most merchandise.

The site has good prices on items and usually the lowest and customer service seems to be good also.

The catalogs they send out to customers often have clearance or sale prices - but on their site, the prices are not marked down at all, or not to the extent of the sales catalog.

The prices I see are not wholesale. I added up the amount of packaged boxes from Walmart for a particular item, and the price was actually five dollars more! And then you have to pay shipping.

Don't seem to care about their sellers. My mom passed away on the same day as a lady placed an order. On top of that the order notification went into my spam folder for some reason. So about two weeks later I happened to come across it. I sent her an email apologizing for the delay and said I would get it to her after Christmas. She was very nice and understanding. Amazon was not.
My page continues to say that the shipment was never sent out. I even told them I sent the buyer a tracking number, but they act like they don't know how to fix my seller page. I told them CONTACT her to see for sure if she got it and then fix the problem on my page. So far, I am just going in circles. This makes me want to switch to Alibris - they can't be any worse.

Search for a particular item and you will be lucky to get two results come up. Often the few results that do come up are the most expensive. What's the point?

If you just click because you are interested, then you get charged $14 or more. Then to make matters worse, I have had people who had sent me an email - and the email is not there until about four or five days later - and they don't even send me a notice in my email box. I got so used to people just going on there to check prices of contrators, when they were not serious, that I didn't check every day on the site - so the lack of alerts makes me wonder if they were pushing some other contractor to get the job first?

If you were renting an apartment, and were set to move in the first of the month, but were able to start moving in the last day of the previous month, would the landlord charge you the full previous month's rent? Well, they do this at Etsy. No pro rating here. If you open your shop in the last 2 hours of the last day of the month, you then pay the full month's fee. I also think the search is still bad - takes too much time to look through everything when searching for a particular item. Wish I could find a good alternative to the site.

Went on site for the first time. These nuts are fueling the conspiracy theories about the coronavirus - claiming that Fauci is trying to undermine the government, when the man has worked for both political parties, and just generally trying to stir up the lunatic fringe. Not 'press' at all - more like a hack rag.

They run comment sites for companies such as ABC News and then when you call them out for censorship and banning anyone that disagrees, they fold up and claim that they are not responsible. I am a Moderate and was banned from ABC from stating a fact. Apparently with Disqus, anyone who disagrees can flag you and have you removed.
They got a lesson on free speech from me, but they are too dense and biased to understand it.

Overstock Rip off
I ordered a clothing item which was incorrectly identified as a Misses size but was actually a Juniors. When I told customer service, they didn't even bother investigating and when I returned the item, they said they would only refund half of what I paid because there were a few HAIRS on the item! Have they never heard of lint removers? I simply tried the item on and then took it off.
If I do not get my total refund I will be contacting my state attorney generals. And I don't think I will be dealing with Overstock any time soon
