I WOULD GIVE IT MINUS STARS IF I COULD! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM JJ's HOUSE... STOP... DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY. YOU PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR POOR QUALITY AND DISMAL SERVICE! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I PAID £219.58 FOR DRESS FOR MY WEDDING ON 14TH JUNE 2014, WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER £66.00... AS DUTY/TAXES... JJ's HOUSE GIVE YOU NO IDEA OF HOW MUCH THIS WILL BE... AND GUESS WHAT IT DOSE NOT FIT... ANYWHERE...! I CURRENTLY HAVE PAYPAL TRYING TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK... AS NOT "FIT FOR PURPOSE"... BUT THEY CAN NOT HELP WITH THE £66 CHARGE! UP-DATE... ADAM CHEN FROM JJs HOUSE SENT ME AN EMAIL EXPRESSING HIS WISH TO HELP ME WITH THIS TERRIBLE SITUATION AND WHAT DID I WANT JJ'S TO DO. SO I EMAILED BACK THAT IF HE WAS GENUINE AND WITH ONLY 7 DAYS TO GO TO MY WEDDING ALL I REALLY NEEDE WAS A FULL REFUND ASAP. GUESS WHAT... YES SILENCE... NO MORE EMAILS FROM THE "WONDERFULL ADAM"... SEE WHAT I MEAN ABOUT THIS MONEY GRABING COMPANY! WATCH THIS SPACE FOR UP-DATE.

I EMAILED ON WED AND I JUST GOT THOSE AUTOMATED RELIES THAT TELL YOU YOUR EMAIL HAS ARRIVED AND THEY WILL CON TACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS TO SORT OUT PROBLEM. IF YOU PHONE THEM IT COSTS YOU MORE M ONEY! BY SATURDAY I WAS SO FED UP... I BEGRUDGINGLY PAID THEM £3.25 TO THEIR RETURN/COLLECT SYSTEM.
