I waited all day yesterday for a scheduled refrigerator repair. The "window" was 8-5 so I waited the entire day. I continued to receive updates and time changes. Then at the end of the window, the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day.
It took 30 min of calling to get to a person there. The conversation was weird and unacceptable and the woman tried to tell me that I had cancelled the appointment.
Every single item in my refrig has now been thrown out. I will NEVER use Sears Home Un-services or buy one of their appliances.
Road Scholar is keeping well over 10% of the program cost, despite a cancellation due to COVID-19. I even purchased insurance. This is not the type of company I will be taking my business to.
