I bought one of the ET-300 1/2 mile remote dog trainer for my puppy recommended by her trainer because I'm handicapped and we didn't know what was wrong with her if she could sense this but she was very aggressive with only me! For instance if I would look her straight in the eyes she would bite me in the face and she would always bite me so hard I would bleed if I touched her! The last straw was when I was bent over one day she grabbed the shoulder of my shirt and pulled me out of my chair! Well that collar was the charm! It was perfect and it didn't hurt her at all just got her attention! We are so close, she is my baby girl! She sleeps right on me and rides everywhere takes her nap in my lap! Hasn't needed it for a long time! Well my daughter and granddaughter thats 5 her best friend in the world and by my Son In Law love to camp from spring to winter and she is a non stop barker and we can't have that in the campgrounds but we want to take her! So I pulled out the box with that has her collar in it and when the trainer was finished he cut the collar I had asked him to leave room for growth but he he didn't and it didn't even come close to fitting her again so I contacted e collar and explained my situation to this wonderful gentleman Jason Mezera and he was so kind to me! He emailed me almost immediately and with about 4 emails and some measurements I got a new collar in fact an easier one for me to put on! I couldn't believe it I told him I've never dealt with any company that would do that! He said a lot of the time a trainer will do that and their goal is to make and keep the customers happy! So if you're looking for excellent products and excellent service and friendly staff look no further stop right here and buy ask questions you'll love them I guarantee because I highly recommend them to everyone I give them a Thank you so much for excellent product and to Jason your great friendly and knowledgeable and caring staff! That collar mAde her a totally different dog in no time she's so loving and sweet and behave s and her and my 5 year old granddaughter are so close they have to be together all the time! I got this gorgeous love knot ring and it was 14k gold filled for $13.99 great price and I got it fast! It's hand made and my contact with Diane was immediate ever time! I ordered the wrong size and she fixed it free! I only had to pay $3.99 to send back. She also sent a free small pair of hooped earrings that are so pretty too! I highly recommend them to everyone and I will continue to buy from them! I'm gonna post them on Facebook! I love a business that wants to please their customers like they do!

They were great and my granddaughter Gemma was so thrilled everytime! They sent me a duplicate 1 time so they sent sent her a free box of princess things! The products were high quality! Worth every penny! I'm so impressed with them I highly recommend them to my friends and to you all out there. I think there's 6 princess dolls then you need to check and cancel your subscription!
