Phone and chat customer service is practically impossible. A wait of a minimum of 20 minutes to get a Chat or phone real live person. BOT is a poor excuse for customer service, as in near impossible. Every day one of the site's features is down, today being the delivery feature. "ooops, we're sorry" whatever is down and "try again later." "Later" could be days. The "new and improved" is a bad joke. More like, "same-o, same-o website problems". I'm done with kroger.com.

Prices for book I was looking for were at or below the competition's. Descriptions were clear and concise.
Well organized, user friendly website. Huge inventory of books and DVDs. Found items I could not find at numerous other website and at reasonable prices.
Found the hardcover edition of The Beautiful Snow I couldn't find anywhere else.
Useless piece of crap. Customer service... is there one? Can't get through to them via phone, text or email. After 4 attempts, I finally got their card, the explanation being it had been sent to my former address. Wha...? Huh? I've lived at this address for over 35 years, well before GB existed. Emails either go unanswered or are answered with the screwiest replies weeks later. App is a bad joke. Pop-ups out the kazoo, proving NOTHING is free. Really off-the-wall gas station locations when I plug in my Memphis, TN zip code. Kansas City, KS and Oak Park, IL... really? I uninstalled the app from my phone and tried to unsubscribe from their emails, but couldn't find a link to do that within their emails or on their website, so for what it may be worth, I unsubscribed via GMail's link, hopefully sedning GB's emails straight to Spam. I'd like to be able to send it straight to Trash or better, have the option of sending GB emails straight to Hell. Gas "Buddy" my $#*!!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid it like the plague. Not worth the trouble, time and aggravation. Seems to be run by a bunch of idiots.

Very good customer service and good quality products at fair (but can be beat) prices. If you have to choose between a bit of a better price and customer service, go with the good customer service like you'll find at Blind Company.
If you're in late stage cancer and hoping for a cure or a to gain quality of life for a few more weeks, take my advice: Get Hospice care.
If you're considering joining/using Instacart, read all the negative reviews first. Instacart's website and customer service is the worst, the absolute worst! If you decide to open an account and use it despite these warnings, don't say you weren't warned.
