I actually purchased a dress online from another retailer and had a horrible experience BUT I found Madame Bridal and I can't be more pleased. I worked with Brad online and then I went into the Store and Tanya assisted me for my appointment. She was wonderful and had a great calming posture. She took great care of me and helped me find several dresses. I fell in love with one dress and all the while Albert came by several times to provide some great insight. I am very happy with my purchase. It is the best dress I have ever bought.

I became a customer when my first daughter got married and we've been back for our second daughter and now our third. We would not consider going anywhere else! The dresses are exquisite and David is incredible! Call and book your private appointment and you will be treated with white gloves!

This company should not be in business. The dress I received is the worst knockoff of what they had online. I opened the box and tried to reach them immediately. After several emails back and forth they refused saying it wasn't fair to them that I wanted to return the dress. My mistake for not reading the reviews! I was not the first but just one of many who lost their money to a foreign company with absolutely no desire to satisfy the customer. STAY AWAY from these people.
