I placed an order on 1/6. The site said that it would ship in 24 hours and shipping time was 3-4 business days. After 10 days, I contacted the company telling them I never received my merchandise and the tracking stopped tracking after 6 days.
I was told it would arrive by 2/6, not 1/11!
I told them I wanted a full refund as I had to go out and buy the jewelry somewhere else. They keep closing my complaint ticket with no resolution
