This was the second order I placed with ssense. The first one was fine, this one is a nightmare. I ordered 2 items totaling over $1000 usd. They were both quite small items a card holder and a super mini bag. When I opened the box it was full of tissue paper and cushioning. There was the cardholder, but no bag. The box was damaged, but it didnt appear that the seal was broken. Emailed customer service they say they are going to do an investigation, days go by and they come back and say my order was packed on cctv. I asked for the cctv they said oh we have no wrong doing on our part. And they push the claim to Canada Post. Canada post said oh there were no damage scans despite sending pics of the damage box. Ssense says we arent taking responsibility and neither is Canada Post. I asked to escalate my claim they said its final. And if I want a refund I should file a claim with my bank. So I'm out of $825 from this big company. Shop at your own risk.
