Reservations.com charged $140 more than the hotel's charge for a three night stay last week. Customer Service was prompt in replying to my request for a bill adjustment but provided no satisfaction regarding this huge addition to the bill... and offered NO refund. Do NOT use this site if you want to be treated fairly.
Tip for consumers:
Choose a different site to make your hotel reservations or be prepared for a 30% overcharge.
