The internet sute states genuine pandora Disney charms at lower prices. Well they are not... they are substandard cheap imitations of the real product packaged in a pandora box. Do not buy from these people! Ive asked for a refund as theyve not sent me the product theyve sold me and they said no as the price is right and you have to go to an accredited buyer for the real pandora which they stated they sold genuine pandora products. Customer service is poor, they will not refund me, theyve been misleading, avoid at all costs!
