Ordered a ps4 for christmas and had problems using my card so when I did a bank transfer, they guaranteed it would arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed everyday and was assured it would arrive. Now 3 working days before christmas, I recieve an automated email to tell me it will not arrive before christmas and I will be recieving a full refund. Very disappointed
