I purchased appliances on their website and the delivery company did not call the night before as usual... When i called in the morning (more than 6 calls and over 3 hrs on the phone, literally) they did not get any solution, they kept me in limbo because somehow my purchase was not in the system of the delivery company. Most of the time they were arrogant and totally unsympathetic (of course to keep distance from an irrational situation) by the aft they told me that i had to wait between 24 and 48 hrs to see if the "problem" was resolved... And they would decide if return the money or set a delivery date! When i said i wanted to cancel they could not do it until they knew what was their mistake.
