I ordered frame at the biginning of November and It's now December and no frames. There's no one ever on their "live chat" and no one answers the phone. I had to call my bank to stop the charge from going thru. My advice: STAY AWAY from this site.

Stay away from this company it is a scam. No customer service, no e-mails. Very dangerous...
