If I can give this Location a "Zero" Rating, I would! I have been utilizing Uhaul for all of my moving needs for as long as I could remember, but this last experience with this Uhaul was an eye opener that you get what you get for, and in this case is an inexperienced Management Team, and not the employees, but definitely the Manager on this particular day. Unfortunately, I did not keep his business card, but RENTER BEWARE. On this particular day, I came in to rent my vehicle at a Uhaul location at ******* Jeronimo Rd Lake Forest, CA ******* in Forest Hills, and all was fine until they not only want to charge me more that what I was quoted for, but wanted to give me vehicle that was larger than what I was quoted the night before, mind you. I requested to speak to the Manager on duty, but that was a lost cost because he was not only clueless of what was going on, even though he was reading the rental agreement in front of him, but I was forced to prove to him the proof of my rental, for at which time he was caught in his own dishonesty with a customer. He should be ashamed of himself trying to take advantage of customers, but I guess he knows that the best time to take advantage of cheating a customer is when they are the most vulnerable on the day that they need a moving vehicle and they cant do nothing about it. I am not naming this individual by name, because I don't stoop to certain level of humanity, but I am sure he knows who he is, and if the Uhaul corporation cares about their brand., he should seek another form of employment and nothing related to Customer Service. But if you are found in this location, please make sure that you walk in with either digital or paper copies of your rental, because they will do everything they can to suck more money from you... because they think they can, and they will, if they are given the opportunity, Good luck and again, Buyer (Renter) BEWARE! Especially, at this location.
