I have had problems with Hobbykings (800) and customer service is almost non-existent. I read were sitejabber has lots of customer reviews concerning hobbyking and I've tried in vain to contact Dan C of customer service to no end. I spoke to a customer 24 hour on line woman who promised me free shipping and she never allowed me to speak to a supervisor, I need to know what happened with Hobbyking NOT hobbylink,.?

This is regarding Hobby King not warehouse. There is a DAN C. Of Hobbyking who is supposedly the representative of hobbyking who went into hiding after the millions of complaints about this website scammers. We need to smoke-out this fool so he can finally admit that hobbyking is fraudulent.

Buyer beware!. Well, like so many of you I too have lots to complain about one customer service person by the name of Rohel of Hobby King. She promised to lift the shipping costs on a nitro buggy and the transcript's was sent to a Dan C. A rep for hobbyking. Lets see if he makes good on there reputation once and for all.
1st complaint:

I have never had so many problems with a hobby store like Hobby King. I have dealt with great hobby stores in the past but you customer service, your (800) phone number, and the company in general is the worst company I've dealt with to date. I was going to order from your company for the very first time. I was going to purchase the Turnigy Nitro Rumble 1/8th scale buggy with great anticipation, but after being rudely cut off by Ashjerah of customer service, I will never deal nor order any of your products EVER!. Your more than free to contact me by either e-mail or by phone.
