These products blew me away however this is the first time I've tried any kind of a stack like this. I take the flow in the morning hours to get the mental focus and energy I need to help with my tasks at work. I take the chill in the afternoon hours to help me unwind from a long day at work. Highly recommend and will be purchasing these products again.
