I have been trying to get the Sprinkler Warehouse system to accept my order for $400 in products but it keeps telling me that I have not selected a shipping address. In my customer preferences my shipping address is clearly set. I have had previous transactions with Sprinkler Warehouse using their Web system but this is failing. There are other problems with the human interface to their Web site related to getting to the customer dashboard. I'll have to use a local source to buy my gear.
My other, recent order went well and was delivered according to expectations.
Overall the Web site seems so close to working properly that I really wish them well. I am also happy to spend money with Texans so I hope they get their act together so I can patronize them in the future.
